Gamenetics has been in business since July of 2015. We began selling initially on eBay.
We operate out of Bangor, Maine in the US.

Yes, all information is secure. Whether you pay by credit card, PayPal or any other method, your information is secured and encrypted to protect it.
We offer a variety of shipping options, all of which will be calculated based on where you live and what service you choose to ship with. We mostly offer USPS.
We ship from our Bangor, Maine warehouse in the United States.
We ship internationally, upon checkout you will be asked to provide your information and shipping will be calculated to your country.
You can track your order by following the confirmation email you received upon purchase with the tracking number inside.
Unfortunately sometimes shipping can take longer than expected on the part of the shipping companies. All our orders ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.
You can find your order number and tracking number in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
Typically shipping with USPS priority mail will take 3-5 business days inside the US. Depending on what you selected for shipping, see USPS’ website for more details.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you would like to request a refund simply send an email that includes your order ID to info@gamenetics.com and we will start the process.
The standard Gamenetics return policy is 60 days.

Warranty
Your standard warranty is 60 days. If you purchased the Gamenetics Membership tiers above the standard warranty you have a 12 month warranty along with all the other benefits.
If your controller starts to have any issues within the warranty period then email us at info@gamenetics.com with your issue and your order number. If it is outside the warranty time frame, please email us and we will give you a quote on repairing the problem.
Yes, we have a send in service where you can request to have your controller fixed. If you’d like to do this send us an email to info@gamenetics.com and explain to us what is going on and include any photos and/or video showing the problem and we can start the process.
Our controllers are customized by using OEM controllers that you can purchase from your standard Walmart or Bestbuy along with custom painted parts. We then disassemble and assemble the new parts on the controllers and package them all up inside our Gamenetics packaging.
We are currently in the process of working to provide this kind of service in the near future, so stay tuned!

When you purchase a controller from us it will come with a custom Gamenetics case, controller, box and a special gift on the inside.
No none of our controllers are made with any 3rd party hardware.
