Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 5  to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


This processing time is separate from the shipping time.


Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Included in this email will be your tracking number.


Customers may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or if there are any delays or postal service problems that are outside of our control.


We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner and arrives to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping


We offer international shipping worldwide.


If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gamenetics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gamenetics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes


Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 


For USPS shipping options:


Shipping to a PO box via USPS is quite simple since the PO box is part of the USPS system.

You don’t have to look up the post office’s address or anything; you just write the recipient’s name, their PO box number, the city, and the zip.

That’s really it! And USPS can handle it from there.


UPS shipping options can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@gamenetics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gamenetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
